One of my favorite things about homemaking is decorating my home. It brings me great joy to create a space that feels welcoming and cozy for my family and friends. Today I’m sharing a few fun pieces I found on Amazon featuring the black and white buffalo plaid.
Cozy homemaking makes me feel happy, and gives me good feelings about my home. Since there’s so much work that goes into homemaking, it’s nice to be able to focus on decorating my space – it’s like the reward for all that hard work!

When I was a young mom of five little kids, struggling with piles of laundry and piles of dirty dishes, I still wanted to make my home a special place for my family. I just didn’t know how to get there. It took a lot of trial and error. It took a lot of not giving up when life was hard.
I want to encourage you today that whatever your daily life looks like, you can make your home a haven of peace, love and joy!

Despite my love for decorating, I haven’t done many posts on A Virtuous Woman about decorating, but I’ve been giving it a lot of thought lately and decided I wanted to start sharing ideas, tips, and tricks with you. I hope these ideas will inspire you to create a home you love.
